This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies CollectWisely uses, what each one does, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time. Similar technologies (such as browser local storage and tracking scripts) work in comparable ways, and this policy covers those too.
These are required for the site to work. They are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, and cannot be switched off through our cookie banner. If you block them in your browser, parts of the site will stop functioning.

block_institution_auto_login |

_GRECAPTCHA |

These help us understand which pages and features are used, so we can improve the service. They are set only if you accept them. If you reject or ignore the banner, this script is never loaded and no analytics cookie is placed on your device.

AFS Analytics cookies (aa_*) |
Aggregated site analytics: pages viewed, visit duration, approximate location, referring site and returning-visitor recognition. | Up to 12 months | AFS Analytics (third party) |
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run retargeting or ad-network pixels, and we do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time — withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and takes effect immediately.
We will also ask you again if our cookie use changes materially, and in any case within six months of your last choice. Rejecting optional cookies will not cause us to re-prompt you repeatedly during that period.
Separately from our banner, most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. Browser settings alone are not how we obtain your consent — that is done through the banner above.
Some third-party providers named above are based outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
