Alphonse Mucha (Czech, 1860-1939) Les Fleurs (R./W. 49 var. 1), 1898 The complete suite, comprising 4 lithographs in colors on wove paper, published by La Plume, 1898, printed by Champenois, Paris, with margins, in good condition aside from some with faint uneven backboard staining, foxing (primarily visible on verso, only a few areas visible on recto), soft handling creases, light surface soiling, The Carnation with 1 1/2in repaired tear in upper margin extending slightly into image, spots of skinning and repaired small tears along lower edge, verso, The Rose with 1 3/4in repaired tear along lower right edge, each framed.
