Lore Bert Lore Bert, "Vierpass" vier blaue, sich teils überlagernde Kreise, Hochdruck in Dunkelblau auf Bütten, im unteren Bereich in Blei rechts signiert und datiert "Lore Bert (19)99", links nummeriert "50/110" und betitelt "Vierpass", hinter Glas in Objektrahmen montiert, Blattmaße ca. 14,5 x 10 cm. Künstlerinfo: deutsche bildende Künstlerin (1936 Gießen bis lebt in Mainz und Venedig), Studium 1953–57 der Malerei an der Werkkunstschule Darmstadt und an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste Berlin u. a. bei Hans Uhlmann, später Schwerpunkt auf Objektkunst, Skulptur, Collagen und großformatigen Rauminstallationen mit fernöstlichen Papieren, seit den 1980er Jahren Entwicklung von Skulpturen und Environments in Papier, Neon und Blattgold, Arbeiten thematisieren Raum, Form, Zahlen und Zeichen sowie kulturelle Bezüge, über 250 Einzel- und Gruppenausstellungen in mehr als 25 Ländern, wiederholt auf Biennalen vertreten, u. a. als Ehrenkünstlerin in Sharjah und Izmir sowie mit Collateral Event in Venedig, Werke in zahlreichen öffentlichen und privaten Sammlungen, 2017 Medaille der Stadt Lublin für herausragende künstlerische Leistungen. Artist information: German visual artist (1936 Giessen until lives in Mainz and Venice), studied painting 1953-57 at the Werkkunstschule Darmstadt and at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste Berlin under Hans Uhlmann, among others. with Hans Uhlmann, later focussing on object art, sculpture, collages and large-format room installations with Far Eastern papers, since the 1980s development of sculptures and environments in paper, neon and gold leaf, works thematise space, form, numbers and signs as well as cultural references, over 250 solo and group exhibitions in more than 25 countries, repeatedly represented at biennials, including as an honorary artist in the Venice Biennale, among others. including as an artist of honour in Sharjah and Izmir and with Collateral Event in Venice, works in numerous public and private collections, 2017 Medal of the City of Lublin for outstanding artistic achievements.
