Condition
This work is in good condition. The work is structurally sound. There is evidence of light surface dirt throughout the surface work, particularly on the hands of the figure. There is a slight transfer of pigment on the hands of the figure due to its previous storage method. Upon close inspection, there are irregularities in production, most apparent at the joints of each body part, on the left side of the figure’s rear-end, and on the inside of the left leg. Gentle scratches along the right leg and hip of the figure, abrasion marks located under the left side of the skull’s teeth and right side of the head, as well as a 1 cm scratch on the back of the right foot, are all attributed to wear in handling.
