Hinged with linen tape at a few places along sheet edges verso to back mat (some pressure marks showing through to recto), some handling, printer's and other creases, a 1/4 inch tear at bottom right sheet edge, some light abrasion to the sheet recto at bottom edge including at area where signature located, two small pressure marks just above and to the right of the date, one tiny pressure mark in an uninked area at area of Celia's left knee.
