Condition
A scrape running horizontally from left to right sides of work, approximately 2 1/2 inches from bottom. This scrape ends at the right side with a hole in canvas exposing stretcher bar, and two smaller holes in canvas within scrape line also appear at lower right. Some associated scrapes and rubs to linen at lower right, above the aforementioned loss. A small puncture with associated scrape at center left, within raw linen. An inconsistent area of white paint within blue pigment at center right. Another area of inconsistent white paint at lower left. Several preparatory notes and sketches are affixed to the reverse, possibly by the artist.
