Condition
Scattered cracquelure throughout, with cracking associated to to horizontal stretcher bars running horizontally from left to right sides. An extensive area of impact cracking centered at roof of car, and radiating outwards. Additional cracks within trees at upper quarter of image. More pronounced cracks with paint separation at windshield of car and at left front tire. Clusters of impact cracks scattered along left to center of canvas, with several areas in both figures. Some flaking and losses exposing canvas weave at lower left in lighter blue pigment. A horizontal scratch at lower left. a small puncture at upper right in light blue pigment. Staining on reverse of canvas not apparent on face of work. No signs of restoration under UV inspection.
