Zawitz (born 1946 in Pittsburgh/USA), 1982, black plastic and chrome-plated plastic, each inscribed on an adhesive label; without incised signature, dating or limitation. The "Tangles" were developed by Richard X. Zawitz in San Francisco and consist of several 90-degree arches, which are connected to each other in a rotatable manner and can thus be freely deformed to create ever new variable objects. L. approx. 90 cm, W. approx. 20 cm (the chrome-plated object is detached at one joint).PAAR SKULPTUREN / KINETISCHE OBJEKTE "Tangle", nach einem Entwurf von Richard X. Zawitz (geb. 1946 in Pittsburgh/USA), 1982, Kunststoff schwarz und Kunststoff verchromt, jeweils auf Klebeetikett bezeichnet; ohne Ritzsignatur, Datierung oder Limitierung. Die "Tangles" wurden von Richard X. Zawitz in San Francisco entwickelt und bestehen aus mehreren 90-Grad-Bögen, die drehbar miteinander verbunden sind und so frei verformbar immer neue variable Objekte entstehen lassen.
