New Art Centre, London Condition There are areas of craquelure within the white bands of impasto towards the centre of the painting. There are some spots of staining in the lower left and right quadrants. The edges are slightly worn. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals spots of retouching in the upper right corner and in the white bands that run across the work. Held in a dark stained wooden frame. "In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above. Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report.
