Gustav Klimt Study for a Proscenium oil on paper 22 by 75 cm.; 8Ā¾ by 29Ā½ in. Condition Paper is sound but not laid flat. Work is in excellent original condition, with bright and vibrant colours. Ultraviolet light reveals one small patch of cosmetic retouching to the female figure's leg, which is visible to the naked eye. Held in a simple. gold-painted, composite frame with beige coloured inlay, which bears artist's name. The inlay is slightly damaged. Held under glass and unexamined out of frame.
