There is a layer of varnish preventing UV from fully penetrating, however UV examination reveals a broken line of retouching (approx. 15cm. long) and some further small areas to the lower left quadrant. The canvas is undulating resulting in a few minor flecks of paint loss to the upper right corner. This work is in overall good condition.
