Cami Stone nude plate 13 from 25 Nus Femmes de Sasha Stone (self-published, Brussels, 1933), signed by the photographer in red ink on the image, her '18, Rue de Naples, Bruxelles' studio, copyright, and reproduction rights stamps, numbered '3265' and annotated 'Farde no. 33' by her in red ink, on the reverse, matted, circa 1933 Condition This early, slightly warm-toned print, on double-weight matte-surface paper, is in generally excellent condition. Catalogue Note Cami Stone and her husband, Sasha Stone (Aleksandr Serge Steinsapir), ran a commercial studio in Berlin when their work was selected for the groundbreaking Film und Foto exhibition in Stuttgart in 1929.  This nude study was made in 1933, two years after they moved to Brussels, and it was part of the 25 Nus Femmes de Sasha Stone portfolio, which included photographs by both husband and wife.
