Another print of this image: Richard York Gallery, California: One Hundred Forty Years of Art Produced in the State (New York, 1996), fig. 57 Condition This luminous print, on double-weight paper with a surface sheen, is in very good to excellent condition. There are minor handling creases throughout the print. There is a 2-inch vertical, linear scratch in the top left corner of the image, as well as a faint diagonal 4-inch crease along the bottom edge of the print. Neither of these breaks the emulsion. In raking light, deposits of original retouching are visible in the top center of the print. There is age-appropriate silvering along the periphery, and the bottom left edge exhibits minor chipping. The lower left corner is lightly bumped, and the top left and right corners are slightly bent. <br><br>There are two one-inch abrasions to the reverse of the print from remnants of original tape.<br><br>When exposed to a black light, this print does not appear to fluoresce.
