Lot Details Description Ansel Adams 1902 - 1984 'Georgia O’Keeffe and Friend (Orville Cox), Canyon de Chelly National Monument, Arizona' gelatin silver print, mounted to Hi-Art illustration board, signed in ink on the mount, the photographer’s Carmel studio stamps (BMFA 7 and 8), titled, dated ‘1938’ and annotated in ink, framed image: 7¼ by 9⅞ in. (18.4 by 25.1 cm.) frame: 14¼ by 18¼ in. (36.2 by 46.4 cm.) Executed in 1937, probably printed between 1963 and 1970.
