It is our opinion that this work is in excellent condition.<br> <br>The work is comprised of 20 concrete heads with steel pins. There is minor rusting and wear to some of the steel pins and very minor scattered wear to the heads consistent with the material. The aforementioned areas are not considered to be condition issues.
