Condition
The linen and stretcher are in good condition. The linen is supported by a nine-member, fixed wooden stretcher. There is a surface irregularity to the lower left quadrant, attributable to the artist's fabrication, and a restored corner tear extending approximately 3 inches vertically and horizontally with resulting light creasing to the centre right, visible only on very close inspection and under raking light. There are also very light scattered scuffs visible only on very close inspection. Otherwise, there are no apparent condition issues with this work.

<br>Note: The artist’s fabrication of this work was made with the unpainted borders of the work visible. It is therefore believed the current presentation as a tray-framed and stretched work was reached after leaving the artist's studio.
