Condition
The board, window frame and attachments appear to be in good condition. There are minor scuffs and rubbing marks to the frame primarily along the extreme edges. There is an area of paint loss of approximately 2cm to the window handle. There is dust adhering to the surface of the inner lower edge of the frame. Otherwise this work is in good condition.
